• Respond in a timely manner to approvals, feedback, and requests

• Ensure that all content, materials, and assets provided do not infringe on third-party rights

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms and milestones

• Advance or partial payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• Late payments may result in project suspension or termination

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment

• MNA Innovations retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

• Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of MNA Innovations

6. Revisions and Modifications

Each service package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Revisions do not include complete redesigns unless specified.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

MNA Innovations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, sales, or revenue unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services. MNA Innovations is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, changes in their policies, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• Work completed up to the termination date will be billable

• Payments already made are non-refundable
